Our PhD student received Brno PhD Talent scholarship
City of Brno supported 25 young researchers as part of Brno PhD Talent scholarship program. Among the awardees is also our PhD student Anna Dorotíková from Dr. Stjepan Uldrijan group.
Our PhD student Natália Vadovičová was awarded for her poster showing the control of AMPK kinase by the translation factor eIF4F in malignant melanoma.
The conference "XXV. Biologické dny: od nádorové biologie po precizní onkologii" took place at the beginning of September and the award for the best poster presentation won our doctoral student Ing. Natália Vadovičová from dr. Stjepan Uldrijan research group. Natália presented the poster entitled "eIF4F contributes to the control of AMPK activity in malignant melanoma", the abstract available here (Czech only). Congratulations to Natália and all the research team.
