Childhood Oncology Fundraising Event
The Andrysik Lab from the Department of Biology, Faculty of Medicine, partnered with The Krtek Children's Oncology Endowment Fund to host a successful fundraising event benefiting children with cancer.
We will welcome new doctoral students at the PhD Welcome Day
In the spring semester, we will welcome five new students to the Biomedical Sciences PhD program, two of whom will join the research groups at the Department of Biology.
This semester we are also organizing a PhD Welcome Day for new doctoral students of the Biomedical Sciences program. During this informal meeting, students will familiarize themselves with the study conditions, have the opportunity to ask questions and, last but not least, get to know their new colleagues.
A total of 5 students will start their PhD studies in the Biomedical Sciences program, who will join research teams at the departments of the Faculty of Medicine MU or at external workplaces. At the Deparment of Biology, we will welcome two foreign students who will join the research groups of Assoc. prof. Lumír Krejčí and Dr. Michaela Bosáková.
