The Annual PhD Conference in Biomedical Sciences 2024
About event
The Annual PhD Conference in Biomedical Sciences brings together PhD students from different fields offering a chance to present their research in front of a miscellaneous audience promoting open discussions among participants.
The conference is held among students of all three specializations following the idea "More people, more science & more fun!". Therefore, all students in the program take active part creating a team spirit, facilitating exchange of ideas and promoting communication between different departments.
Program
In 2024, the conference lasted three days. Overall, 7 students gave talks as part of their doctoral state exams, 8 students presented their progress reports and 45 students presented posters during three poster sessions, which created great environment for networking.

We believe that each student received valuable feedback on their research projects and got the most out of this annual gathering.
